Network: gAI in Studies and Teaching
The “gAI Hands-On” format is the starting point and an integral part of a strategic alliance: the “gAI in Studies and Teaching” network. Beyond the series of events, a dynamic community of teachers and other university stakeholders has formed here. This network serves as a lively platform for proactively, critically, and practically shaping the integration of generative artificial intelligence into higher education. It pools expertise, promotes dialogue, and establishes a culture of shared learning and development.
Teachers are at the heart of the network. They are the driving force behind a continuous, topic- and event-related exchange. Instead of acting in isolation, a committed group of practitioners come together here to explore new tools and teaching techniques. From discussing specific use cases to developing best practices, the network thrives on the active involvement of its members and their willingness to tackle the transformation of teaching together.
The greatest added value of this network lies in its collaborative, hands-on approach. Members actively engage in collegial peer coaching. In regular discussions, they share concrete experiences, discuss challenges from everyday teaching, and directly test possible solutions. This protected space for open feedback and mutual support enables teachers to confidently deal with rapid developments in the field of gKI and directly transfer innovations into their courses.
