Self-perception of Legal Science: On the Status Quo and Potentials of Practical Didactics
The employment of trainees decreased by 40% nationwide in 2018 compared to 2000 – however, the number of new students has increases during the same period of time:
The problems of legal training at the university are becoming acute. Students demand a practical development of didactics. What do the lectures think? How do they perceive their current didactical behavior and which potentials/risks do they see in the demanded, practical forms of teaching? We intend to examine this by means of qualitative interviews.
